Returns and Refunds

  • All Items The Customer Wishes To Return Requires A Return Number. 
  • To Receive The Return Number The Customer Must  Contact Us With Subject: Return Number.  The Customer Must Also Give A Detailed Description As To Why They Would Like To Return Our Product.
  • The Customers Return Number Must Be Clearly Written On The Outside Of The Original Box, Or The Package Will Be Returned To Them.
  • Return notice must to sent to Midnight's Attic within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Once The Customer Receives Their Return Number The Item Must Be shipped Within 14 Business Days For A Store Credit. We must be notified of the tracking number once it is shipped.
  • After 14 Days All Items Are Final Sales.
  • Store Credit Can Only Be Applied To Merchandise.
  • If A Customer Does Receive Store Credit, They Will Receive A Confirmation Number To Their Correct Email Address With A Store Credit Code.
  • If The Information Provided To Us Is Incorrect The Customers Credit Will Be Cancelled.
  • Midnight's Attic Only Does Store Credit They Do Not Give Cash Back. 
  • Midnight's Attic Will Not Be Responsible For Return Shipping.  We Also Are Not Responsible For Any Shipping Delays Or Returns Due To Wrong Addresses.  If The Package Has Been Returned To Midnight's Attic Due To The Customer Not Picking Up Their Item From The Parcel Service, Or Not Being Available Upon Delivery,  The Customer Will Be Charged Any Return Fee's.  The Order Is Then Forfeited, There Will Be No Store Credit Or Refund.  If the package was returned due to wrong address, the customer will be charged for return shipping and will not receive refund or store credit.
  • All Shipments Are Inspected Before Being Released, We Are Not Responsible For Any Damaged Items Once They Are Released From The Store. ( This is a case by case basis)
  • Any Claim For A Defective Or Not As Described Item Must Be Made Within The 7 Day Return Number Period. Midnight's Attic Must Receive The Returned Item Within 14 Days After You Receive Your Return Number.  If You Wish To Exchange Your Defective Item You Must Clearly State This While We Are Generating Your Return Number. Defective Item Claims Will Be Sent A Replacement Item Of The Original Order.  If The Customer Does Not State They Would Like An Exchange The Customer Will Automatically Get A Store Credit.
  • All Sales that receive a 15% discount or greater are final sales. They are not subjected to our regular return policy. No refunds, returns or credits are available on these items. Make-Up, Socks, Hair Accessories, Earrings, Balaclavas And Toques Will Not Get A Store Credit Of Refund. Due to Hygienic Safety.

Any returned items that are not received in original packaging or condition maybe subjected to a 20% - 50% restocking fee.

Some examples of an item returned not in original condition is: Odors such as smoke perfume etc. Pet hair, make-up, deodorant or stains of any kind. Also if the item looks worn.

If we receive an item in the mail without a return order number we will re-ship the order back out to the customer, at the customers expense.
